Join our progressive and high-achieving Faculty of Health as a passionate educator, where you'll deliver innovative, high-quality teaching across a range of vocational and work-based programmes. As a key member of our team, you'll lead courses, assess learners in both classroom and workplace settings, and shape curriculum to meet evolving industry needs-from retraining to wellbeing. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. Day to day duties High-quality, innovative teaching, learning, assessment, and internal moderation across a range of vocational and work-based learning courses. Assessing upon a range of accredited programmes across Health and Social Care, as required, delivering the learning aims of students. To course lead vocational and work-based learning programme(s) of study for learners in the Health and Social Care division, ensuring high levels of achievement and success. Required skills and qualifications Working knowledge of the Health and Social Care industry, specifically within the Health sector. Relevant medical and/or clinical occupational experience. Understanding and Experience of key health and social care practices.
