Your Role and Responsibilities
As a
PWP Team Leader
, you will: Manage your own caseload while supervising PWPs and line-managing trainees. Provide leadership in low-intensity service delivery. Mentor and support therapists in their professional development and wellbeing. Collaborate with a leadership team to deliver an ethical and innovative service.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for an experienced and qualified PWP with supervisory experience, ready to step into the Team Leader role. You should have: Registration as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with
BABCP
. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively to support staff wellbeing and manage waiting lists. A special interest in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, and various demographics such as veterans and older adults.
