We are looking for a fixed term maternity cover Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Stroke team based at Bournemouth Hospital at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with an integrated expert MDT, providing clinical cover to the acute stroke unit, including HASU and acute rehabilitation.
* Participate in weekend working (1 in 6) and late shifts (working until 6) as integral parts of the role.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high quality occupational therapy services to stroke patients.
Qualifications & Requirements
* State Registered (HCPC) qualification.
* BSc (Hons), MSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
Position Details:
* Base Location: Royal Bournemouth, Poole Hospital.
* Interview Date: 1st April 2026.
* Contract Type: Fixed term maternity cover.
* Secondment: For UHD employees, offered as a secondment in line with the Trust’s Secondment Policy.
Additional Information:
