Looking for a Domestic Electrician to join a leading property services contractor based in Basildon.
Working on a reactive maintenance contract you will be responsible for providing first class service repairs on a variety of properties in the area. Delivering great customer service and working within regulations at all times.
* You will undertake a variety of repairs testing and renewal works on domestic properties, aiming to achieve first time fix.
* Deliver small projects and remedial works to a high standard e.g., switches, sockets, fixtures and fittings, testing works, fault finding and installation works.
* Ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards.
Offering GBP38,000 pa + Company Van and Fuel Card and other excellent Benefits.
Must Have
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th edition BS7671.
* AM2 Certificate.
* 2391/2394/2395 testing and inspection qualification.
* Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months as company van provided.
* Customer focused with a passion for Electrical Repairs.
