An exciting Tech SME, with offices in South Manchester is looking for an experienced Finance and Office Manager to join their dynamic team
Reporting directly to an impressive COO supporting this innovative, service driven business in a collaborative, professional environment
This role is part-time, based on-site in company offices in South Manchester
Key Responsibilities and involvements
* Oversee all ledgers, ensuring timely processing of purchase and sales invoices across multiple companies
* Keep precise financial records using Xero
* Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
* Prepare and submit VAT returns.
* Monitor and manage cash flow effectively
* Produce monthly management accounts up to trial balance
* Monitor income versus expenditure across the businesses
* General office administration duties
* Manage incoming calls and greet visitors
* Update reports and support directors with diary management
Key Skills, Experience and Attitudes:
* An Accounting Qualification
* Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Finance Manager in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Xero and ability to produce accounts to trial balance.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently and with the team
* Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
* £55,000 pro rata
* Part-time: c20 hours per week, ideally spread over 4 days
