You’ll oversee the safe and efficient overhaul and servicing of industrial turbo compressors in offshore oil & gas, onshore refinery, and gas network environments. From managing every detail of planned outages to solving unexpected breakdowns, you’ll be at the forefront of keeping critical assets operating at peak performance. Working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists, you’ll make sure every project exceeds expectations—technically, commercially, and operationally. 1. Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of service and overhaul projects for industrial turbo compressors in offshore, onshore, and gas network environments.
2. Plan and manage all outages, preparing outage documentation, overseeing site execution, and implementing mitigation strategies for identified or emerging risks.
3. Coordinate unscheduled maintenance and breakdown response with a structured, calm, and results‑driven approach.
4. Act as the primary customer contact, building strong relationships and driving satisfaction through ownership, responsiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
5. Manage commercial aspects of projects—maximising profitability through effective scope control, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You Bring
6. Proven track record in customer account management and project delivery within energy, oil & gas, power generation, or related industries.
7. Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management (or equivalent); project management certifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or PMI are desirable.
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
9. Proficiency in project management tools (, OnePM, Microsoft Project, SAP, Salesforce).
10. Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
