Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of a small book of personal insurance clients
2. Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
3. Explore further opportunities within the client base
4. Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations

Qualifications and Skills:
6. 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry
7. Strong self-starter with proven ability to manage workload
8. Excellent communication skills
9. In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and existing product knowledge
10. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
11. Passionate customer advocate
12. Experience and confidence in using computer systems and software
