About the Role:
* Full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
* Support pupils with SEND both in class and through targeted interventions
* Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver individual learning plans
* Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and progress
About You:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Has experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
