BioTalent is delighted to be partnered with a leading Health Care company based in Chesterfield and we are on the hunt for a brand-new Admin Assistant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting and verifying survey data using bespoke software.
* Handling incoming calls from the public, healthcare staff, and charity organisations.
* Providing advice, completing surveys by phone, and offering information and support.
* Proofreading and quality checking data entries.
* Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Personal Qualities:
* Self-motivated with a methodical and focused approach.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Confident telephone manner and good communication skills.
* Customer service experience is an advantage.
Hours:
Shift patterns from 7:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
