We’re hiring Support Workers in Longwell Green

As a support worker in one of our residential care homes, you’ll build relationships with the people we support and their families. You’ll enable them to overcome barriers while developing their confidence and self-esteem.
The support you provide will be centered around each person’s values, preferences, and needs, which could include developing daily living skills, accessing the wider community, personal care, and medication needs.
No experience is needed. Your skills and life experience could be a great match for this role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, resilience, and a desire to support people.
