We are currently seeking a friendly and welcoming person to join our administration team for Streetscene Services. The role will be based predominantly on the Vehicle Maintenance Reception at Beverley Depot, Annie Reed Road.
You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, contractors and members of the public attending the Vehicle Maintenance unit.
The role involves daily communication with customers (internal and external); therefore good written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a front of house environment.
Other duties include collating, inputting and extraction of data onto databases, record keeping and dealing with telephone enquiries. Attention to detail and commitment to providing a quality service is vital.
