Job Title: Health & Safety Coordinator
Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
RAMS
- Working with Projects coordinator and PM’s to ensuring RAMS tracked
- Complete in-house RAMS
- Approve Subcontractor RAMS
- Complete all site specific documentations to enable project mobilization
Compliance
- Sending Monthly newsletters and ensuring Tool box talks are logged/Recorded
- Updating all documents in timely manner
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining Trade subscriptions
- Looking forward – Gain ISO compliance
- Tracking Carbon Footprint.
- Tracking any commitments to TOMS and Frameworks.
Projects
- Site Audits
- Site Inductions
- Keeping track of Contractors and Skills matrix
- Attending Site taking Photos
- Update Social media – Assist
General Office duties
- Working along side Projects coordinator
- Answering Queries and Calls
- Providing link between Office and Site with Queries
- Arranging training and HS courses for Staff
Preferred Skills
- Have experience in construction industry is a Must
- NEBOSH Qualifications are preffered and knowledge is a MUST
- Experience with Site specific Safety and RAMS is a MUST
- Be capable of working in a team and flexible current work loads
- Have good communication skills
- Must be computer literate, with a good understanding of excel and office suite of program
- Have a full clean UK driving license to commute to office and site if necessary, is a Must
- Self-motivated / Proactive
