Your new role
The QC Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage a team of technicians, and lead R&D initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Bachelor's or Master's in a Life Science subject matter.
2. 4+ years experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Skills, and Analytical Skills within a Microbiology environment.
3. SOP and CAPA experience.
4. Strong Leadership / Communication Skills.
5. A valid right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
