Job Title: Disrepair Technical Support Officer Location: Harrow (Local Authority) Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Hourly Rate: £18.00 (Umbrella) About the Role We are urgently seeking a proactive and organised Disrepair Technical Support Officer to support the resolution of disrepair cases within the housing service. This role plays a critical part in managing case progression, ensuring accurate communication across stakeholders, and delivering a high standard of service to residents. Key Responsibilities Monitor, track and progress disrepair cases from start to resolution. Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and legal representatives to facilitate timely case closures. Maintain accurate records and case notes using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. Investigate individual cases, ensuring issues are clearly documented, and outcomes are appropriately communicated. Provide outstanding customer service and support to residents throughout the disrepair process. Draft clear and concise correspondence and reports as needed. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong experience in administrative or case management roles, ideally within housing or local government.
