  • Manage and resolve complex technical incidents and problems
  • Provide technical advice and consultancy to projects and stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of modern workplace and cloud-based solutions
  • Promote IT standards, policies, processes, and best practices
  • Mentor and support junior team members and colleagues
  • What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in a 3rd line support or senior technical support role, with a strong background in desktop infrastructure and cloud technologies.

You will have proven experience in leading technical initiatives and supporting enterprise endpoint management environments, alongside strong communication and mentoring skills.

You should have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Intune:
    - Windows Autopilot

    - Compliance and configuration policies
    - Software deployment and application management

    • Application Packaging:

  • The successful candidate will be:

  • Technically strong with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about modern workplace technologies
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and projects
  • Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Committed to continuous improvement and customer service excellence
  • If you are looking to further develop your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking IT environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.
