What you will do:
– Conduct thorough assessments of clients referred to the Child Assessment Team
– Develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each child and family
– Work closely with partner organisations, including Contextual Safeguarding Teams and Early Help Services
– Attend the office at least twice a week and be prepared for fieldwork with no on-site parking
– Provide emotional and practical support to families in often challenging circumstances
– Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and dynamic team environment
