Due to the retirement of one of our Partners, Kirkham Health Centre has an exciting opportunity for a new GP Partnerto join our friendly, profitable and well-respected Practice. We are keen to find the right person tofurther enhance our GP team. The ideal candidate will be someone who leads byexample with sound clinical judgement, a forward thinking and dynamic approachand a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient- focused services.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a GP Partner to work between 6-8 clinical sessions per week. Working days and surgery times are flexible by negotiation.
We offer 6 weeks annual leave and one week study leave pro rata. We have no out of hours or weekend working.

Kirkham Health Centre is a well-established, patient centredGP surgery situated in the market town of Kirkham within the Fylde Coast area. We have a patient population of 9,800 patients, covering a mixed urban and rural area.
We own our own building and have an extensive primary care team comprising of 4 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs,1 Paramedic, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, 1 Trainee Nursing Associate, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy technician, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Practitioner and asupportive Administration and Reception team.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcomingpractice who are committed to delivering high quality care to our patients. Our triage system coordinated by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner team allows for excellent access to services. We are active members of our local Primary Care Network, perform well in QOF and are rated "Good" by the CQC.

Job responsibilities
As well as assisting with the running of the business, you would be expected to undertake all the clinical duties associated with a GP working in Primary Care.
Person Specification
Experience
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
* Experience of QOF, Quality Contracts and clinical audit
* Experience of PCN initiatives
Qualifications
* Medical Degree recognised by the GMC
* CCT for General Practice
* GMC fully registered
* Currently on Performers list
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
