We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong OTC derivatives expertise, capable of understanding trade behaviour, mapping derivatives, and analysing how Calypso operates within the trade lifecycle. This role involves end-to-end derivatives review, evaluating delivery into Calypso and refining operations across OTC and Exchange-Traded Derivatives.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong OTC derivatives expertise, capable of understanding trade behaviour, mapping derivatives, and analysing how Calypso operates within the trade lifecycle. This role involves end-to-end derivatives review, evaluating delivery into Calypso and refining operations across OTC and Exchange-Traded Derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Trade Capture & Processing- Deep understanding of OTC derivatives from trade initiation to settlement, ensuring accurate mapping within Calypso and external systems.
* Challenge & Influence - Ability to critically assess and push back on requirements, ensuring strategic, long-term solutions.
* Derivative Pricing & Behaviour Analysis - Understand pricing methodologies across asset classes to ensure accurate valuation and integration.
* Beyond Calypso Experience - While Calypso knowledge is beneficial, broader expertise in trade capture and derivatives processing is essential.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong business analysis background with hands-on experience in OTC derivatives and their trade lifecycle.
* Proven ability to challenge requirements and guide best practices.
* Experience in trade processing, including interactions with external fund managers and market participants.
* Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep understanding of derivatives pricing and trade behaviour, ensuring accurate mapping across platforms.
* This role is ideal for an experienced, proactive Business Analyst with deep OTC derivatives knowledge, capable of influencing decision-making while optimising trade processes across Calypso and broader market systems.
