We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Professional Services category team. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will: • Develop and deliver sourcing strategies that create value and manage risk • Lead tenders, negotiations, and in-contract benefits across key categories • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape procurement solutions • Contribute to wider category strategies and cross-team collaboration • Provide commercial insight and act as a key escalation point for contractual issues • Champion best practice in negotiation and supplier management • Support your own development and that of others About You • A strong track record in developing and delivering sourcing strategies • Prior experience working in a professional services category is highly desirable, particularly if you have worked with consultancies • Experience of innovative procurement solutions and complex negotiations • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Skills in programme and change management • A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder and supplier engagement • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability • CIPS qualification or equivalent relevant experience Extra Benefits • Family friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave • Discounts and offers - there are more than 800 offers to help you save on things like groceries, days out, holidays and your household bills*. • Supportive and generous company sick pay • Your Wellbeing - you and your family have 24/7 access to services and tools to help you get the most out of life.
