Job Description
* Operate and programme CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing outputs.
* Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise manufacturing processes.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
The Successful Applicant
* Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machinery.
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
* Experience in quality control and inspection processes within manufacturing.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
* Problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining equipment efficiency.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.
What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary in the range of £33000 to £40000, based on experience + 25% nightshift allowance
* Working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday 9pm to 7am
