The Apprenticeship Scheme
Based in Felixstowe, this opportunity offers the perfect chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse and transport environment.
Over the course of up to two years, you’ll learn how a highly successful logistics operation works, gaining practical skills, and completing a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Warehousing & Storage.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Booking in trucks
* Following up on deliveries and collections
* Uploading data into the warehouse management system
* Understanding stock levels, records, scheduling, and planning
* Sending reports and updates to customers
What do I need to apply?
You will be a resident in the UK for over 3 years and no longer in full-time education.
It would be ideal if you had GCSE English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent.
The attributes you’ll need include:
* A strong team player.
* Good communication skills.
* Good focus to work with accuracy and pay attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
