We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to work within our existing team in Aberdeen.
As a Systems Engineer within our Subsea Acoustics team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering advanced subsea acoustic and wireless positioning systems. Working across the full engineering lifecycle, you will contribute to innovative and field-proven technologies that are deployed and supported globally in demanding offshore environments.

Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering solutions to agreed requirements and specification.
* Supporting projects to meet customer deadlines and specifications. Able to respond to changes in these targets.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise during design, production and deployment of solutions.
* Provide technical expertise to sales and service departments globally.
* Proactively managing engineering improvements and driving continuous improvement.
* Taking responsibility for technical quality and contributing to on-time delivery within a high-performing team.
Skills
* Minimum BEng (Hons) Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience in component and systems-level design with low-power analogue / digital / micro / COTS technologies.
* Relevant previous experience as an Electronic Design Engineer.
* Skills in C, C++ coding

* Knowledge and experience of a range of Subsea/acoustics products.
* Digital Signal Processing
