Monday and Friday: 11am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday: 11am-2pm (flexible to your schedule).

About This Role
We’re looking for friendly, empathetic volunteers with strong interpersonal skills and digital literacy to support the BCWA SPOC Team. As a SPOC Administration Volunteer you will help keep our services running smoothly by entering data, allocating cases, and eventually answering calls once you feel confident.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting data into the BCWA case management system.
* Consulting with our SPOC staff to ensure correct allocations.
* Reading referral information and identifying and establishing types of abuse.
* Future opportunities to answer enquiries and phone calls once you have an established knowledge of BCWA services and feel comfortable doing so.
* Being an advocate for BCWA!

Eligibility & Qualifications
Occupational requirement: must be female. Must have the right to volunteer in the UK. Must provide references and undergo DBS checks.
You will need to provide two references; ideally one from your current or last employer. We also accept references from educators, health professionals, or other non‑familial sources.
All volunteer roles are subject to DBS checks at the relevant level.
