The role of Estate Technician will include:
1. Clearing and cleaning void properties
2. Cleaning blocks of flats
3. Removing of bulk waste
4. Grass cutting, litter picking
5. Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
6. Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
7. Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
8. Some practical experience in compliance testing
9. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
10. Excellent time management skills
11. Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

23. £26,733 per annum (rising to £28,140 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
