Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Based in Nottingham they specialise in Social housing refurbs for clients.

Skills and Aptitude:
Strong communication and listening skills, with good negotiation skills.
Highly motivated to deliver quality developments.
Ability to manage your own projects as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines.
IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems.
Good administration skills.
Regularly liaise with clients, Project Manager, and suppliers to maintain clear communication throughout the project.
Requirements:
HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience (Ideal)
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within commercial construction or residential
Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driving license.
Package:
