We’re looking for an EPD Engineer to join our clients growing Product team, this will play a key role in shaping products that make a genuine difference to people’s lives.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across multiple departments, taking ownership of product improvements from idea to implementation. This is a chance to apply your technical expertise while influencing how products are built, used, and experienced around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
Investigating and solving real-world product and manufacturing issues.
Improving existing designs, building quick prototypes and validating updates before release.
Delivering value engineering projects that reduce cost, improve quality and secure supply.
Collaborating with Production to ensure right-first time builds at scale.
Preparing clear technical packs, drawings and guides to support colleagues and customers.
What We’re Looking For
SolidWorks proficiency with strong 2D drawing skills.
Experience in sustaining/EPD engineering within electromechanical or building-product assemblies.
Strong practical knowledge of materials and processes such as sheet metal, machining, coatings, joinery or glazing.
Comfortable working hands-on with fixtures and prototypes.
Good communicator who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and enjoys solving problems under pressure.
