Salary: £40,000 to £45000 per annum plus bonus

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our domiciliary care branch in Camberley. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care to our clients. As a Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our services, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operation of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements where necessary
Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Manage the branch budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying areas for cost savings
Participate in on-call duties as requiredRequirements:
Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within domiciliary care
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation
Good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and the ability to provide person-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills and experience in managing budgets
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicleWe Offer:
