As our Global Insights & Analytics Manager, you will fuel brand growth and an unparalleled customer experience by moving the business from observation to action. You will go beyond reporting on "what happened" to focus on "why" and "what next," translating intelligence across our multi-channel landscape into clear strategic opportunities. As the internal expert on customer behaviour, marketing performance, and brand sentiment, you will play a pivotal role in driving ROI and ensuring our go-to-market strategies are grounded in evidence and centred on the customer. Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (Dependent on experience) Location: Hybrid / Borehamwood In more detail, your role will include: Marketing & Channel Attribution: Lead multi-media attribution modelling to assess the true ROI of marketing spend across paid, earned, and owned channels. Unified Performance Insights: Analyse data sources from our D2C flagship, Amazon, and retailer portals to build a unified view of global channel performance. Digital Diagnosis: Deep-dive into GA4, social media, and search trend data to diagnose campaign performance, traffic quality, and conversion drivers. Customer Journey Validation: Use cross-channel behavioural data to refine end-to-end journey maps, pinpointing friction points and opportunities for experience elevation. Retention & Loyalty Analysis: Analyse retention metrics and lifecycle stages to uncover specific drivers of loyalty versus churn, validating the adoption of our CSA Philosophy. Research & Segmentation: Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects, including focus groups and surveys, to evolve customer personas and segmentation models. Market & Competitor Benchmarking: Audit competitor service propositions, pricing strategies, and growth velocity to ensure Medik8 maintains a leading standard in the premium skincare landscape. Trend Intelligence: Manage relationships with syndicated data partners (Circana, NIQ) and monitor platforms like WGSN and BeautyMatter to identify emerging product formats and "skintellectual" behaviours. Data Governance: Champion data hygiene standards and establish best practices for data collection, ensuring a reliable foundation for all business reporting. We would love to hear from you if you have: Demonstrable experience in Insight & Analytics: Extensive experience within FMCG, Beauty, or Retail environments. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in attribution modelling, ROI analysis, and deep-diving into digital performance metrics. Hybrid Research Skills: Proven ability to manage both quantitative data (sales, web analytics) and qualitative research (focus groups, surveys). Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience extracting value from platforms such as Circana, NIQ, WGSN, or Mintel. Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesise complex data into concise, commercially focused narratives for senior stakeholders. Attention to Detail: An impeccable eye for accuracy and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
