Job Description
· Management of personnel files, on the basis of incoming, hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation and other modification data.
· Compiles the operational staffing schedule in coordination with GM.
· Is familiar with regulations and personnel guidelines issued by regional or corporate administration and ensures that they are applied accordingly
· Conducts job application correspondence and sees to due and proper answering and filing of all documents, applications adverts, etc.
· Coordinates and initiates yearly performance evaluations at all staff levels.
· Ensures proper job descriptions are available for all functions.
· Sees to due and proper filing of work procedures and operational rules. Adapts them to new situation and requirements whenever necessary.
· Is responsible for recruiting in coordination with the various Department Heads.
· Analyses the working atmosphere and discusses possible improvements with the Department Heads and supervisors and submits to GM.
· Counselling of employees in personal and professional matters.
· Conducts Exit Interviews with all resigning employees.
· Coordinates and supervises all kind of internal training of the Department Heads and supervisors.
· Ensures that departmental training schedules are established.
· Coordinates training activities with regional or corporate training departments.
· Ensures the general orientation during the introduction of new employees
· Supervision and maintenance of staff accommodation. Regular inspection tours.
· Establishes monthly reports according to requirements.
