An established engineering company is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join their team at their facility in Storrington, West Sussex.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, plus car or allowance, private healthcare, performance-related incentives, and a review after 6 months

Candidate Profile:

Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline

Minimum 2 years’ experience with mechanical or technical products

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
*
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially focused
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
*
Confident engaging with customers and comfortable in a field-based role
