What you’ll be doing:
* Serve and support customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering help and answering questions.
* Select high-quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
* Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
* Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
* Work flexibly across the store as needed.
