We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Operations team in EMEA. In this role, you will interact with account management teams, supply partners, end-user customers, and internal support teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer requirements promptly, including quotes, order processing, and product information.
2. Maintain strong knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products and services.
3. Utilize WWT tools and partner applications to build and validate technical configurations with manufacturers like Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, F5, VMware.
4. Understand supply sources and manage quote and order processes accordingly.
Experience Needed:
1. B.A. in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
2. At least two years of sales or sales support experience in IT.
3. Experience with CCW CRM tool is preferred.
4. Proficiency with WWT systems, tools, and processes.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
