Job Title: Bank Teaching Assistant
Location: Devizes
Salary: £14.24 per hour
Contract: Flexible / 0-hour (Term-time only)
As a bank / supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary, SEND and secondary schools, supporting pupils on a day-to-day basis. No two days are the same, you might be in a mainstream classroom one day and providing 1:1 support the next.
The role:
1. Work as a bank teaching assistant across different schools in Devizes
2. Choose the days you’re available - full flexibility
3. Support pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
4. Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
5. Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups
What we’re looking for:
6. Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
7. Reliable, adaptable, and confident in new environments
8. Good communication and teamwork skills
9. A proactive and positive approach
10. Ability to manage behaviour appropriately
