Amour Recruitment are currently recruiting for a fantastic client based in Gosport and we are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join their busy manufacturing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term stable work.
Shift Pattern
1. Monday to Friday
2. Rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm
3. Primarily late shifts (2pm – 10pm)
4. Some flexibility is required to cover both shift patterns when needed
Salary
5. £26,516,000
Key Responsibilities
6. Operating and monitoring production machinery
7. Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults
8. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
9. Following health & safety procedures at all times
10. Working efficiently to meet production targets
11. Assisting with packing and production duties where required
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who have:
12. Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
13. Experience operating machinery or production equipment
14. Strong attention to detail and quality control
15. Good communication and teamwork skills
16. A positive and flexible attitude towards shift work
17. Reliability and excellent timekeeping
18. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
