The Vet Office is working exclusively on behalf of an independent, family-owned small animal practice in the UK that is entering an exciting new phase of growth, including a full refurbishment and rebrand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon ready to step into a Lead Vet role, focusing on clinical excellence while being fully supported by an established management structure.
The Opportunity
* Lead and develop a strong, experienced clinical team
* Maintain a predominantly clinical focus, with excellent support from Practice Management and Owners
* Join a stable, long-standing team, with some staff members having over 20 years service
* Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice
* Opportunity for future partnership for the right candidate
Working Pattern
* 4 days per week
* 1 in 3 Saturdays
* No Sundays
* No Out of Hours (OOH)

Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £80,000 FTE (DOE)

About You
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Proven experience in leading or supporting a clinical team
* Confident managing more complex medical and surgical cases
* Passionate about mentoring and developing junior vets
* Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to help drive a practice forward
