In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients have seamless and enjoyable travel experiences by coordinating personalized services and addressing their needs throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly.
* Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
* Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.
* Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving issues such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments.
* Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients in a timely manner.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the travel experience.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and special requests.
* Assist in planning group travel, corporate events, and destination trips to meet client goals.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A passion for travel and creating positive experiences for clients.
* Familiarity with travel booking systems or willingness to learn.
* Prior experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
