Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 + £1,200 Bonus (OTE £55,000+)
Shift: Rotating Days & Nights - 12 Hour Shifts

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer
* Must be mechanically biased with multi-skilled capability.
* Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
* Must be willing to work a rotating days and nights 12-hour shift pattern.
* Must have experience within Manufacturing, Industrial, or Armed Forces (RAF, Army, Navy, Marines) environments.
Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
* Electrical fault diagnosis experience
* Experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer
* Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
* Exposure to continuous improvement
* Experience working on automated or high-speed production lines.
