Job Description
* Job title: Business System Analyst

Main duties/responsibilities:
Business system life cycle management:
* Manage the full life cycle of the Tulip platform from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support.
* Manage the full life cycle of other systems from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support.
* Lead issue resolution, perform investigations, and work with internal and external parties to identify and implement appropriate technical solutions.
* Ensure proper documentation to comply with GxP requirements.
* Provide expertise and support interfaces among systems and with machines.
* Support the maintenance of the SAP ECC platform and integration between SAP and other business systems such as Tulip.
* Build and maintain relationships with Tulip, implementation partners, and other relevant business systems vendors.
* Identify and deploy new use cases for the Tulip platform beyond Electronic Batch Record.
* Stay informed with the latest technological developments within the pharma manufacturing industry.
* Utilize ServiceNow to manage business applications through their life cycle.
* Lead the technical elements of the expansion and integration of the Tulip Electronic Batch Record solution with new packaging lines and warehouse expansion.
* Lead the technical elements of the expansion and integration of other relevant existing systems within the scope of this role with the warehouse expansion.
* Work on SAP ECC improvement projects, specifically around warehouse management and material movement.
* Provide technical support to projects within the skill sets when required.
* Lead other small-size projects within the skill sets when required.
Team development:
* Mentor and upskill the Manufacturing System Apprentices to ensure competence in general hands-on IT support and technical business system issue resolution in compliance with GxP requirements.

Person Specification
1. Qualifications and education required:
* Degree or equivalent qualification (no specific subject required).
2. Recommended experience/understanding:
Must have:
* Experience working in a GxP environment.
* Good understanding of GAMP 5.
* Experience in supporting and maintaining IT business systems such as MES, SAP ERP.
* Good understanding of all components that form an IT business system (hardware, software, data, networks, security, etc.).
* Good understanding of system interfaces and integration.
Advantage:
