Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex IT issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support team. Whether it's diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and network problems that require a deeper level of technical expertise. You’ll work collaboratively with the team to make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely-manner. We have an IT support team of around 15 members, and we’re looking for someone who has experience in either 1st line support or 2nd line support role with a genuine interest in learning and developing their skills. Someone who’s proactive, organised, and excellent in explaining technical concepts to non-IT users. You'll be working from our London office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
