This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a progressive and professional training team, contributing to the delivery of essential skills and development programmes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a range of high-quality training programmes for officers and police staff. Support new learning initiatives, including the Neighbourhood Policing Programme, Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship, and Police Constable Entry Programme. Contribute to the creation and implementation of professional development pathways aligned to organisational priorities. Promote and uphold the learning ethos of the department, helping to build capabilities across the workforce. Candidate Profile Holds a teaching qualification or is willing to complete the College of Policing’s Trainer Essentials Programme. Highly motivated with a passion for education and training. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience. Prior experience in designing and delivering training is desirable.
