Where will I be working?
You will be part of a 24-hour supported living facility, providing care for 5 adults with Learning Disabilities and additional health issues. Our focus is on fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive environment that encourages independence through various activities, shopping, budgeting, and cooking.

This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is essential. Please note that working hours may vary depending on the specific service.
Role Responsibility
What will I be doing?
This hands-on role offers variety every day! Your responsibilities will include:
* Promoting the independence of the individuals we support
* Assisting with daily activities such as cleaning, cooking, and outings
* Organizing engaging activities both at home and in the community
* Helping residents develop life skills and pursue personal interests
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents
* Providing personal care support
* Conducting manual handling tasks
* Assisting with medication management
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring

While experience with learning disabilities and complex needs is a plus, what truly matters is your passion and dedication. We are looking for someone who is:

* Able to handle the physical aspects of the role, including manual handling
