About the Role As a Senior Support Worker, you ll still be hands-on, supporting people to live meaningful, independent lives but you ll also have the chance to step into a leadership role. We appreciate your understanding. IND About you You will need some experience working with vulnerable people, ideally those with learning disabilities. Perhaps you have been a support worker or care worker / practitioner and are now looking to step up to a more senior role with more responsibilities and greater challenges. You will need to be flexible and organised, with a positive approach. You must also be a driver, as you will be driving service vehicles, as well as possibly commuting places, using your own transport.
