Trust HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst)
Salary: Band G (FTE £32,597 – £34,435), actual salary £12,813 - £16,920
16-20 hpw (within Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm parameters, exact working pattern to be confirmed with successful candidate), 202 days per annum (FTE)
Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.
The post holder will take co-responsibility for the operational development and implementation of the HR System and its functions to support the work of the Trust. The post holder will work alongside our current HR Systems & Payroll Officer, as part of the HR team, to deliver our key priorities and services. There is also connectivity between this post, the HR Officer / PA's and Trust HR Manager. The post holder will work with the Trust Payroll and Systems Manager and Chief Operating Officer to support the aims of the Trust.
Specific hours and days of work will be confirmed with the successful applicant. Working hours will be 16-20 per week within our core business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
