Role Summary

The Project Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in our planned works sales department, specialising in new full

kitchen and bathroom installation projects. Based in London, this position entails conducting detailed site survey

visits, understanding client needs for their dream kitchens and bathrooms, and providing tailored solutions that

align with their vision and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys as assigned by the planned works sales administration team, focusing
primarily on kitchen and bathroom projects.
Engage with clients to understand and bring their dream kitchen and bathroom designs to life,
ensuring all proposals meet their expectations and budget.
Manage, follow through, and close sales opportunities in the pipeline effectively.
Regularly report pipeline status and forecasts to the planned works sales manager.
Provide information to the estimating team from site surveys to help produce comprehensive
estimates tailored to the client's needs.
Build and maintain relationships with high-profile customers, aligning our services with their high
expectations and budgets.
Contribute insights regarding pricing models, competition, and assist in formulating broader sales
strategies.
Assist in the follow-up and pursuit of estimates as needed.
Liaise with other internal departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Project manage larger ongoing works as required.

Critical Success Factors

Individual quarterly and annual revenue targets met or exceeded.
Maintain an average number of weekly site survey visits for estimates at the agreed level.

Personal Attributes

Possesses a building or domestic property technical understanding, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.
Experience in a similar survey and technical sales role.
Commercially and entrepreneurially minded.
Understanding of bespoke kitchen and bathroom projects is highly preferable.
Accustomed to working independently and within a team to exceed sales targets.
A driven individual that enjoys seeking out new opportunities and securing them for success.
