Require for a calm and professional manner in kitchen environment
Duties include:
* arranging dish presentation
* assembling ingredients for dishes to be cooked
* ensure orders out efficiently and orderly
* can work in a fast paced environment
* cleaning, stock rotation
* tidy up kitchen (kitchen cleaning)
* Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant equipment
* help with food preparation
* washing up dishes.
Opening hours is 12-9pm. After cleaning, would normally finish at 10pm approx.
Based in edinburgh city centre so public transport is available.
