We are working with a primary school in the Walsall area that is seeking a full-time or part-time SENCo to support their fantastic school setting. This role can be long-term through Axcis Education or permanent through the school, depending on the successful candidate's wishes.
You will oversee the day-to-day SEN policy operational needs, coordinate and manage provisions for students with SEND needs, and develop and implement effective strategies to support these students. Candidates must have proven experience as a SENCo and hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). This role can also be non-teaching, depending on the candidate's career preferences and passions.
