Job Role: Head of Sales
This is a full-time hybrid role primarily based at our Headquarters in Dereham, Norfolk.
The Head of Sales will oversee and deliver sales growth and retention across the entire business, with overall responsibility for our Commercial Teams across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing daily sales and retention activities
2. Managing and analyzing performance data
3. Providing effective team management
4. Budgeting and financial planning
5. Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
This role requires significant cross-functional leadership within the organization and successful experience in managing sales and delivering customer experience excellence.
