As an Account Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
* Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working
* Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management
* Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track
* Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand work
* Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned
* Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking
* Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations
We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting
* Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels
* Knowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketing
* Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders
* Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon
* Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations
* Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output
