Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the planning team to accelerate the automation roadmap for fleet allocation.
Design, execute, and analyze User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios to drive the successful development of advanced science optimization models.
Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of the science optimization model using real-world business data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Develop, test, and analyze UAT scenarios to seamlessly integrate and operationalize the science optimization model within fleet scheduling tools.
Build, manage, and analyze complex datasets, providing critical insights for operational improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience as a Programmer/Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong background in creating, testing, and analyzing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios.
Mandatory knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in building, managing, and analyzing complex datasets, including extensive use of spreadsheet software (e.g., MS-Excel).
Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical and business concepts.
Demonstrated ability to operate and deliver independently, even with limited initial information.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Experience with science optimization models or large-scale operational planning.
Familiarity with fleet allocation or logistics scheduling operations.
