As a CRO Engineer with expertise in Telecommunication domain. We are looking for an experienced Senior Optimisation Engineer to work in our Optimisation team to help build out the web UI campaigns for our new services and applications.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize web applications using the Angular framework, ensuring alignment with business OKRs and enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
2. Implement experimentation, optimization, and personalization strategies to improve UI performance and deliver a seamless user experience.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business partners, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to design, build, and deliver high-quality applications and services.
4. Utilize optimization tools within an Agile squad to continuously improve engineering quality, design, implementation, and operational excellence of the product.
